Ingredients:
- 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- 1 egg for egg wash
Instructions:
Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C
Put some flour on a surface and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle shape
Cover the dough with pizza sauce, leaving a small border around the edges
Add some shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce
On top of the cheese, spread out the pepperoni, black olives, bell peppers, and onions evenly
If you want, you can add red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and dried oregano to the toppings
Roll the dough into a tight log starting at one long edge
Pinch the ends and seam together to seal them
Brush the rolled-up with an egg wash to make the top golden
Cut the roll-up into 1-inch-thick pinwheels with a sharp knife
The pinwheels should be put on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it
The roll-ups should be baked in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly
