Super Food Detox Salad



This Super Food Detox Salad is packed with nutrient-dense ingredients that will leave you feeling refreshed and energized. It's the perfect choice for a healthy meal that supports your detox goals.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cup quinoa, cooked and cooled
  • 1/4 cup chickpeas, cooked
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions:

Mix kale and spinach in a large bowl

Carrots, broccoli, and red cabbage should be added

Quinoa and chickpeas can be added to make it more protein and fiber-rich

You can top it with blueberries, almonds, and chia seeds

Mix all the ingredients together until they are well blended

Serve right away or put in the fridge to enjoy later
